Bearded Baby Que

Sussex, NJ

Bearded Baby Que brings Texas-style barbecue to Main Street in Sussex Borough, in rural Sussex County. Pitmaster Brian and his wife Cyndi built the business step by step, starting with catering, pop-ups, and a bare-bones concession trailer he turned into a food trailer, before signing the lease on their restaurant in summer 2025. The best sellers show the range: Smoke-a-Fried Wings with homemade Alabama white sauce, smash burgers, and the Taste of Texas sampler of brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends. Open Wednesday through Sunday, with catering available too.
