Bearded One BBQ

Monroe Township, NJ

Bearded One BBQ in Monroe Township earned a spot on OnlyInYourState's Top 50 BBQ restaurants in the USA — not a local award, a national one — and the food backs it up. Award-winning brisket, smoke-fried wings, and a stuffed grilled cheese that has its own devoted following are all served from a beloved Route 33 food truck that Middlesex County regulars plan their week around. This is the kind of operation that quietly builds a national reputation while staying grounded in the neighborhood it came from. Check their website for the current schedule.
