Big Swerve's BBQ

About Big Swerve's BBQ

Big Swerve's BBQ in Westville is the story of a U.S. Army veteran who traded military service for a custom 500-gallon offset smoker and hasn't looked back. The Philadelphia Inquirer took notice early, and it's easy to see why — brisket, pork ribs, jerk chicken, and brisket egg rolls are all executed with the kind of precision and grit you'd expect from someone who takes commitment seriously. This is South Jersey BBQ with a distinct personal stamp: hand-built, veteran-owned, and worth the trip to Gloucester County.
