That mobility hasn't cost it any consistency.

The style is Southern smoked barbecue with a Caribbean-influenced twist, everything cooked low and slow over real smoke rather than rushed. Southern smoked brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, slow-smoked ribz, and smoked turkey breast make up the core menu, backed by a homestyle mac and cheese that regulars specifically call out.

Rhythm & Ribz has the competition hardware to back up the flavor — an Optimum People's Choice Award from the Rock, Ribs and Ridges Festival, plus competition wins for Best Brisket, Best Burnt Ends, Best Ribs, and Best Pork Belly.
