More Than Q

Princeton, NJ

More Than Q is Princeton's dedicated smokehouse on Route 1 — a no-frills, all-craft BBQ spot where the meats do the talking. Order by the pound: pulled pork, smoked chicken, sausage, brisket, and pork spare ribs are all on the menu for serious BBQ fans who want to build their own spread. Wings and chicken thighs round out the options for those who want a full table. In a college town where the food scene skews trendy, More Than Q is a refreshing reminder that great BBQ is its own reward.
