The Surfing Pig serves real wood pit BBQ with a view at 10th and the Bay in North Wildwood. Brisket is smoked for 14 hours and hand carved, and the award-winning St. Louis ribs, Kansas City burnt ends, and brisket cheesesteak lead a menu that also covers local seafood, with crab cakes as the house specialty.
